1 lb Lean Hamburger
1 lb Italian Hot Sausage
2 15 oz Can Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 15 oz Can Black Beans
2 Chopped Onions
4 Chopped Green Peppers
2 Packages Wick Fowlers Firehouse Chili Mix
Olive Oil for frying
2 Can Old El Paso Hot Enchilada Sauce
1 Can Tomatoes
Saute Onions and Peppers until translucent. Drain Fat and add to Pot, brown ground beef and add to pot. Rinse Beans and add to pot, add Enchilada Sauce, Tomato and Chili Seasonings. Let cook stirring often to let flavors meld together.
