- 1 Large Eggplant, Sliced
- 2 Summer Squash, Sliced
- 2 Zucchini Squash, Sliced
- 1 Cup Pasta Sauce
- 4 Cloves of Garlic, Sliced
- 4-6 Basil Leaves, Minced.
- Olive Oil
Coat each slice of veggies with oil, grill until tender. Place each veggie slice in a sauce pan, add pasta or marinara sauce, garlic and basil. Cook until well blended.
