- 1 lbs 90% Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion
- 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 2 Slices Weight Watchers Wheat Bread
- 1 Egg White
- 1/4 Cup Heinz Ketchup
- 2 Tsp Guldens Mustard
- 2 Slices Weight Watchers Cheese Singles
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F
- Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix very well. Place in a 6" x 9" PAM sprayed bread pan, cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minute or until center reaches 145 Degrees F.
- Add cheese strips in a criss cross pattern, continue to bake until cheese melts.
- Let Meatloaf rest before cutting, the temperature will increase for a little while in the pan.
