Nana's Rattitoui

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 2 Small Summer Squash
  • 2 Small Zucchini Squash
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Cup Canned Tomatoes
  • 24 Oz V8 Spicy Tomato Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  1. Cut up all ingredients, put into a crock pot on high. Add V8 and Tomatoes. Garnish with Garlic, Cumin, Pepper and salt.
  2. Cook on High for 3 hours, reduce to low for 2 hours, then keep warm.
Servings = 6
