- 8 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 Cup chopped onion
- Olive Oil for Frying
- 1 Cup Chopped Celery
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Bells Stuffing Seasoning
- 1/3 Tbsp Parsely
- 1 to 1.5 Cups Hot Water
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Raisens (Optional)
- Toast Bread, and then cut into 1/2" Cubes with a sharp knife. Place cubes into a large bowl.
- Fry onions and celery with olive oil until soft, or steam cook them in the microvave using a Reynolds Steaming Bag.
- Add cooked onions and celery to the bread. Add Bells Seasoning, Parsely, Cheese and Raisens.
- Add hot water, 1 cup first, then mix the ingredients to break down all the bread cubes. Add more water if needed, the stuffing should be moist!
Serving = About 4 Cups

Mix all ingredients together, and bake 350 degrees till temperature in center reaches 180 degrees.
