Taco Bake
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
- 1 pkg Ortega Tortillas
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 Oz Taco Sauce or Enchilada Sauce
- Diced Tomatoes
- Jalapenos
- Layer Tortilla on bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Prepare taco meat by using directions on back of seasoning package.
- Layer 1/2 the Taco Meat over tortillas.
- Add 1/2 the tomatos and 1/2 the peppers, taco sauce then cheese.
- Repeat the above step until pan is chock full.
- Layer cheese on top and cover with reynolds wrap.
- 400 degrees 25 Min Covered.
- 400 degrees uncovered to "crunch" cheese.
