- 2 Cups, minues 2 Tbsp cake flour1 cup bread flour
- 2/3 Cup self rising flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- Sift flours, add baking soda, powder and salt.
- Cream the butter and add the eggs one at a time.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined
- Drop in chocolate piece and fold them into mixture.
- Cover and chill for 24-36 hours.
- Drop Cookie batter onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
