Mustard Vinaigrette

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 packet of equal
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed and finely minced
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk or shake in a covered jar.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
