- 1 can (7 1/2 ounces) crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1 hard cooked egg, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Combine crab, hard cooked egg, mayonnaise, and remaining ingredients; mix to blend well. Cover and crab dip. Serve crab dip with assorted crackers.
Makes about 2 cups of hot crab dip.
