- 3/4 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup 2% reduced fat cottage cheese
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
- 2 scallions sliced thin
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup crumbled Feta Cheese
- Place Sour Cream and Cottage Cheese in a Food Processor, and process until smooth.
- Add spinach, onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper, process to combine.
- Add feta and pulse to combine
- Transfer to serving bowl, cover and refriderate for an hour before serving.
