Spinach Feta Dip

  • 3/4 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup 2% reduced fat cottage cheese
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
  • 2 scallions sliced thin
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup crumbled Feta Cheese
  1. Place Sour Cream and Cottage Cheese in a Food Processor, and process until smooth.
  2. Add spinach, onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper, process to combine.
  3. Add feta and pulse to combine
  4. Transfer to serving bowl, cover and refriderate for an hour before serving.
Serving Size = 1/4 Cup

Weight Watchers Points Value = 1 Point
