Artichoke Pizza

  • 1 Lrg Whole Wheat Pita
  • 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 oz Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 Cup Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1.5 Tbsp Grated Parmesan

  1. Brush pita with olive oil.
  2. Top with Mozzarella.
  3. Top Mozzarella with Artichokes.
  4. Top Artichokes with Tomatoes and Parmesan.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts.
