- 1 Lrg Whole Wheat Pita
- 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 oz Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 Cup Artichoke Hearts
- 1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1.5 Tbsp Grated Parmesan
- Brush pita with olive oil.
- Top with Mozzarella.
- Top Mozzarella with Artichokes.
- Top Artichokes with Tomatoes and Parmesan.
- Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts.
