- 3 Eggs
- 1/8 Cup Fat Free Milk
- 5 Slices Deli Corned Beef, cut into pieces
- 1/2 Cup Sauerkraut
- 1 Slice Swiss Cheese
- Light Thousand Island Dressing (Optional)
- Whisk together eggs and milk.
- Spray skillet with PAM.
- Cook eggs, add corned beef on top.
- Add kraut and scramble eggs.
- Place slice of cheese on top.
- Cover skillet to melt cheese.
