- 3 Sprays oilive oil spray
- 1 lb butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 16 1/4 inch sticks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Preheat oven to 450, coat baking sheet with spray
- Arrange squash fries in single layer, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast, turning once until desired crispness.
