Butternut Squash Fries


  • 3 Sprays oilive oil spray
  • 1 lb butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 16 1/4 inch sticks
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  1. Preheat oven to 450, coat baking sheet with spray
  2. Arrange squash fries in single layer, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast, turning once until desired crispness.
Serving Size = 4 Fries
