- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp vinegar
- Pinch red chilli flakes
- Pinch of Cumin
- 1 medium Papaya, seeded, peeled and diced
- 1 Cup Mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup red onion diced
- 3 TBSP Red Bell Pepper diced
- 2 TBSP cilantro, diced
- Mix sugar, vinegar, chili flakes, and cumin until sugar dissolves.
- Fold in remaining ingredients
- Chill before serving.
Makes 2.5 Cups
