Salty Caramel Smoothie

  • 1 Cup Skim Milk
  • 1/2 Cup plain canned pumpkin
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
1. Add all ingredients to a blender with a ice, blend till ice is dissolved.

Serving Size 1 Cup
