- 3-4 lb Pork Butt
- Hawaiian Sea Salt or Course Sea Salt
- Liqiud Smoke
- Coat entire Pork Butt with Course Sea Salt.
- Place in a crockpot fat side up
- Add 2 tsp Liquid Smoke
- Cook on low for 12-15 hours or until pork can be shredded with a fork.
