- 1 large Shallot, Minced
- 1/4 cup chopped, fresh tarragon
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Olive Oil
- 4 (5 Ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Spray grill rack or pan with non stick spray and preheat grill to medium.
- Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl, add chicken and marinate.
- Grill chicken for 8 to10 minute or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.
